ABOUT

Frederik Britzlmair (he/they) is a Berlin-based performance artist, costume designer, and visual artist & consultant. Through embodied fiction and speculative re-enactment, his work explores the intersections of body, cloth, memory, and identity across performance, moving image, installation and space.

His work has been presented internationally at the Berliner Festspiele, Gropius Bau, Prague City Gallery (GHMP), Kunsthalle Bratislava, and the Czech Museum of Music. Projects he has contributed to have received international recognition, including the Student Academy Award and the Liminal Dance Film Festival Counterpart Award.
